Xiaomi 14 Ultra purchase

I bought the new Xiaomi 14 Ultra a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was smooth; I just added it to the cart and checked out. Delivery took about 5 business days to reach Vienna, which was reasonable. The phone itself is really good, great camera and battery life. I had a quick question about transferring data from my old phone, and their customer service chat was helpful, got my answer pretty fast. Overall, a solid experience for a flagship device.

Good phone, fast shipping

I ordered a Redmi Note 13 Pro from their site last week. It got here pretty fast, like 3 or 4 days to Salzburg. Setup was easy and the phone works great. No issues at all, happy with it.

Decent humidifier, slow support

I bought the Mi Smart Antibacterial Humidifier. The humidifier itself works well, quiet and effective. The price was fair for what it does. Delivery was a bit slower than I hoped, took almost a week to get to me, but it arrived in good condition. I tried to ask a question about filter replacement via their contact form and it took them a few days to get back to me. Not a huge deal since the product was fine, but support could be a bit quicker.

Another solid purchase

This was my third time buying from Xiaomi's official store, this time I picked up a Xiaomi Pad 6. Like before, the website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was quick. I've always had good experiences with their delivery times, and this was no exception, arrived in about 4 days. Their products have been consistently reliable for me, which is why I keep coming back. It's comforting to know what to expect.
